Painter's
life
|
Piero
Nincheri (1940-1999) worked as a painter in Sesto Fiorentino. After
his study at the Art Institute of Porta Romana (Florence)
and his first experiences in the atelier of the teacher Ferdinando
Farulli, he returned to his birth town, where he worked even until
his death. Starting from 1964 his first works' galleries, in Reggio
Emilia, at the gallery "La Soffitta"of Colonnata (Sesto Fiorentino),
and a lot of works of those years were introduced by Farulli, by
Renzo Federici, by Mario Novi, thay all noticed his interest about
inquiry in progress. But from 1970, with his works showed in Fiesole,
in Grosseto, Torino and Colonnata (1971) the painter demonstrated
that he was on his way. From those years, his figurative inspiration
has come out, and in the time it allowed him to describe poetry,
music and mythology that were very dear to him. During years never
lacked distinguishing criticism mark of his works, also during his
various exhibitions. A sort of rejection and his choice to adhere
without mediating to his artistic impulse, held him faraway from
art worldliness. In 1990 introducing one of his exhibitions, he
said: "My work is the result of all that happen around me and surrounds
me; of whom I love and interest me and worry me and I think".
